Paris Design Meetup
01

Origins

A decade of Paris design,
offline.

"Founded in 2015 as Paris Dribbble Meetup. Revived in 2017. Reimagined in 2018 as Paris Design Meetup."

Paris Design Meetup is a community-driven event series for designers, makers, and creative technologists in Paris. It traces its roots back to Paris Dribbble Meetup, launched in 2015 by Kevin Cudennec, Lucas Bonomi, and Arthur Carayon with a first public event at The Family.

After the initial launch, the meetup was revived in 2017 at Algolia by Lucas Bonomi, with Sébastien Navizet helping turn it into a recurring, community-first event.

In 2018, the project evolved into Paris Design Meetup, widening its focus beyond a single platform to celebrate the broader Paris design ecosystem. Edition after edition, it has brought dozens of designers into the same room — founders, product leads, independent creatives, design engineers.

For partner companies, hosting a Paris Design Meetup is a way to turn your office into a one-night hub for the people shaping design and product in Paris — with a curated audience, strong editorial direction, and a format that puts real humans before slide decks.
